As indicated by Mumbai Mirror, the FIR has been enlisted under segment 376 of IPC (assault) on Nanda’s grumbling.
Nanda originally opened up about being assaulted by Alok Nath in an open letter on October 8. Nath denied the charges and his significant other documented a maligning body of evidence against Nanda. In light of this, Nanda recorded an official police grievance against the on-screen character.
A senior police official had then said that “she [Nanda] gave a composed application and our request is on”.
