Ayyan Ali provokes her capture warrants in Supreme Court
ISLAMABAD: Model Ayyan Ali has tested in the Supreme Court her capture warrants issued by judge in the Customs investigator murder case.
Ayyan said in her application that bureaucratic strategies were being utilized against her and the zenith court controlled the organization and the Punjab government from annoying her through various strategies.
Latif Khosa, counsel for Ayyan, documented the request taking the supplication that a case identified with the case was at that point pending in the Supreme Court and the capture warrants were baseless unless the matter is discarded. He said that a FIR was stopped against Sharif siblings in the Model Town episode yet no warrants were issued for them. Ayyan was in prison when Customs Inspector Ejaz Chaudhry was murdered and the name of Ayyan was not said in the FIR, Khosa asserted.
He supplicated the court to revoke the capture warrants issued for his customer and control the alliance and the Punjab government from badgering Ayyan.
The inside secretary, the Waris Khan Police Station House Officer and a Rawalpindi judge have been made respondents in the request.
